You will work from company-generated warm leads with a one-call close approach and a transparent commission structure.

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces to inspect equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their current HVAC system and present replacement solutions.
• Attend scheduled appointments to assess replacement needs.
• Inspect existing equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Provide professional recommendations for upgrades and financing options.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment and ensure a smooth handoff to installation team.
