McCarthy Services is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to consult with homeowners on replacing and upgrading heating and cooling systems. The role focuses on professional guidance and tailored HVAC solutions to meet comfort needs.

The position offers company-generated warm leads, 3–4 appointments per day, and an uncapped commission structure. Training salary transitions to a draw, with weekly settlements and comprehensive benefits after 31 days.

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC replacement needs and present solutions.
• Inspect existing heating and cooling equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Access equipment in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas to inspect and quote.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options during the consultation and close sales in a one-call environment.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation.
• Collaborate with installation teams for a smooth handoff.
