McCarthy Services hires In-Home HVAC Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to meet homeowners, assess current systems, and present customized replacement solutions. The role offers a performance-driven, commission-based structure with a training salary that transitions to a draw.

Leads are provided by the company, with 3–4 scheduled appointments daily and minimum 55 leads monthly. Benefits include medical options, 401(k) matching, PTO, and more as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience is preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces to inspect equipment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needs.
• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Access equipment in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options during the consultation.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation.
• Work closely with installation teams for a smooth handoff.
