Hellmann East Europe Group is hiring a Field Sales Account Executive in Columbus, OH. You will be the primary contact for Hellmann solutions, drive new business, and manage the full sales cycle, including daily CRM updates and quarterly business reviews.

The role requires 4–5 years of field sales in freight forwarding or 2+ years in logistics operations, strong communication, CRM experience, and the ability to travel 50%+ with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–5 years field sales in freight forwarding or 2+ years logistics ops experience.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and systems.
• CRM experience preferred; MS Office proficiency required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Hellmann solutions and services across product lines in Columbus, OH.
• Drive new business through hunter sales activity and qualify prospects.
• Develop and grow a customer portfolio aligned with local leadership.
• Manage full sales cycle; update CRM daily.
• Lead QBRs and maintain client communication for service excellence.
• Provide management with market trends and opportunities.
