Responsibilities

• Lead generation; Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects
• Cold call; Execute 60+ cold calls daily to build relationships and grow your client base
• Negotiate and market research; Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers
• Account management; Efficiently oversee freight movement, addressing problems using our proprietary TMS software
• Problem solving; Proactively communicate with high sense of urgency when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriers
