Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Screening Sales Representative (Screening Solutions Specialist) to advance colorectal cancer screening by partnering with healthcare providers to increase adoption of Cologuard and other diagnostic solutions. The territory includes Fredericksburg, Stafford, and surrounding areas in Virginia, with daily travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or related field or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Two years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience OR one year of sales with one year healthcare experience OR active-duty military service as Junior Officer or above.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with travel ability.
• Ability to travel daily throughout the territory, including overnight travel.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans for Cologuard adoption and sales objectives.
• Build relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and stakeholders.
• Analyze local markets and data to identify opportunities and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screening Advocates, Sales Operations and Area Managers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and pipeline development in CRM with high ethics and compliance.
