Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create accurate repair estimates, coordinate customer needs, and manage insurance communications. The role centers on delivering an outstanding customer experience and aligning with team KPIs.

The position requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, 1+ year DRP experience, I-CAR training willingness, and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Way’s regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
