Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance providers.

The role focuses on documenting customer interactions, guiding repair planning, and ensuring compliance with DRP and insurance requirements. A High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and I-CAR training readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to research answers.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and DRP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and aid other staff as needed.
• Attend training, sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
