Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• DRP compliance and insurance processes knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Communicate customer requests to relevant team members.
• Support daily production walks with management and contribute to KPI goals.
• Maintain alignment with WOW Operating Way standards and safety policies.
