Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by accurately appraising damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with clients and insurers throughout the process.

You will document required repairs, maintain repair planning and stay aligned with the WOW operating standards. A valid driver’s license and willingness to complete I-CAR training are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum 1 year of experience.
• Strong computer skills and DRP compliance awareness.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and successful customer experience while creating accurate estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Document vehicle damage and required parts for the appraisal and ensure alignment with team KPIs.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and assist teammates as needed.
