Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process. The role emphasizes teamwork to meet facility KPIs and compliance with WOW operating procedures.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience, plus a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience required.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings and training sessions.
