Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits and a performance-driven team culture are offered to support growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
