Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. The role requires documenting communications, advising clients, and ensuring adherence to DRP and WOW processes.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of DRP experience and a valid driver’s license. Training and team collaboration are emphasized to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• DRP experience of at least 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and maintain service quality.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings as needed.
• Support team members and participate in safety trainings and workshops.
