Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with insurance companies. You will document and communicate progress, guiding customers through the repair process with attention to detail and strong service orientation.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills needed.
• Compliance for DRP’s required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update each customer interaction accurately.
• Provide information to customers and insurers through the repair process.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Assist in daily production walks and safety meetings.
