Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while preparing accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurance providers. You will document the damage, identify needed repairs, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repair processes, DRP compliance, and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a valid driver's license and willingness to pursue I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related role.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and invoicing.
• Compliance with DRP processes and documentation.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings when required.
