Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an outstanding customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document customer interactions, inform insurance companies, and align with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of repair guidelines, a high school diploma, and at least one year of experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a related role.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in production walks and collaborate with the Management Team.
