Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to DRP requirements, and collaboration with the management team to meet facility KPIs. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Coordinate repair planning and customer communication per WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support all team members as needed and attend meetings.
