Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The role requires adherence to DRP standards and collaboration with the management team to meet KPIs.

You will work within a high-energy team, handling communication across departments, and supporting ongoing training to stay current with industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and deliver excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with WOW Operating Ways for drops, planning, and communication.
• Relay customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures as required.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members and attend required meetings and trainings.
