Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to DRP guidelines, and collaboration with the management team to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair process, and maintaining quality service while complying with all program requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• DRP compliance with minimum 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Way regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops suggested by Store Manager.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
