Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a skilled Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and documenting required repairs. You will coordinate with customers and insurance providers, ensuring alignment with the shop’s KPIs and WOW standards.

The role emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with the management team to drive efficient repair processes and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information, guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating ways.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members on repair planning and requests.
• Participate in daily production walks and team trainings as required.
• Support team members and attend safety meetings as needed.
