Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a skilled Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and coordinate with customers and insurance providers to ensure a smooth repair process. You will align with the team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include communicating repair plans, updating customers, and ensuring DRP and insurance procedures are followed while supporting colleagues and attending trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for processing estimates and parts requests.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and DRP processes.
• DRP compliance experience or exposure required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through repair process with clear information.
• Ensure insurance client requirements are met.
• Follow WOW operating procedures for drop-offs and planning.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Provide positive, courteous customer service in person and over the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team as needed and attend trainings.
