Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver a superior customer experience, assess vehicle damage, and document repairs with clear communication to customers and insurers. You will drive parts replacement decisions and help the team meet repair facility KPIs through coordinated collaboration.

The position emphasizes teamwork, process adherence, and continuous learning, with opportunities to participate in safety and training sessions and to contribute to a high-energy collision

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
