Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents required repairs and parts replacement to achieve the facility's KPIs.

You will work closely with the team to communicate clear guidance, ensure proper documentation, and support DRP compliance while maintaining high

Formación

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• DRP compliance experience (1+ year) preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers warmly in person and on the phone.
• Participate in production walks with management and training sessions.
