Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies. You will document damages, determine parts and repairs, and align with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP processes, and strong communication as you guide customers through the repair journey and participate in daily management activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines for collision work.
• Basic computer skills to document repairs and communicate with clients.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to inspection sites.
• Experience with DRP processes and insurance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately and timely.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members and follow up.
• Support team members and participate in daily production walks.
