Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role involves documenting damage, detailing required repairs and parts, and aligning with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, DRP compliance knowledge, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is also necessary.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP programs; 1 year experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair steps.
• Ensure insurance client requirements and metrics are met.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer needs to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers positively in person and over the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed and attend mandatory meetings.
