Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer service while assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process.

The Estimator will determine damage, document needed repairs, and ensure alignment with team KPIs. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to DRP guidelines in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions
• Provide accurate, timely information through repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs and repairs
• Communicate customer requests to the team
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and trainings as required
• Assist in monthly staff meetings and training
