Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers, insurance companies, and shop teams.

You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and help the team meet KPIs by aligning with all stakeholders throughout the repair process. This role demands teamwork and adherence to company processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details in a timely, accurate manner.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Coordinate communication between customers, insurance companies and team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and training sessions as required.
