Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with 650+ locations nationwide. This role educates customers on the repair process, insurance steps, rights, and value, and handles initial and final estimates through disassembly and evaluation.

You will oversee each repair, perform in-process QC, keep customers informed, review data with Body Technicians, and finalize paperwork to meet carrier requirements while upholding Crash Champions’ standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within collision repair or insurance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, Handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete
