This role focuses on educating customers, creating and locking estimates, and guiding repairs with strict QC standards.

The position emphasizes effective communication, organization, and proficiency with common estimating systems to deliver a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced body shop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and strong communication.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of insurance procedures and partnerships is preferred.
• Experience navigating multiple processes in a busy shop environment.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, final estimates after full evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Oversee each repair and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on status and deliver a positive experience.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning checks.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions with carriers.
