Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing, multi-shop collision repair company with 650+ locations nationwide. This role involves educating customers on repair and insurance processes, preparing and finalizing repair estimates, and guiding repairs to uphold quality standards.

The position emphasizes customer-focused service, coordination with insurance partners, and proficiency with estimating systems to ensure accurate, timely repairs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto insurance and claims processes preferred.
• Ability to read and evaluate repair estimates.
• Familiarity with estimating systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, Handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete
