Responsibilities include coordinating with insurance partners, reviewing data with technicians, and managing final repair orders. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with auto estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage each repair and perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and experiences.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
