Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with over 650 locations. We seek a proactive estimator/CS role to guide customers through the repair journey and create accurate final estimates after full damage evaluation.

You will manage each repair, align with body technicians, perform post-scanning checks, and ensure carrier requirements are met. A foundation in insurance procedures and estimating systems is preferred; thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to educate customers on repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for a fast-paced shop environment.
• Knowledge of estimating systems preferred (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and customer rights.
• Complete initial and final repair estimates after damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Oversee vehicle repair progress, ensuring QC and compliance with Crash Champions standards.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and experiences.
• Work with Body Technicians and review data, including post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
