Job summary

This role supports customers through the repair journey, ensuring clear communication and adherence to Crash Champions’ standards.

The position requires strong customer service, organization, and familiarity with estimating systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to educate customers on repairs and insurance procedures.
• Strong organization and multitasking to manage multiple repairs and timelines.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, then finalize after full evaluation and disassembly.
• Oversee each repair and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide a great experience.
• Collaborate with Body Technicians and review data; complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
