Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with 650+ locations nationwide. This role focuses on educating customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights while delivering transparent estimates and updates throughout the repair journey.

You will collaborate with body technicians to review data and ensure final QC, driving exceptional customer experiences. A background in estimating systems and insurance procedures is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and strong communication.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and claims processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
