Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-facing role in collision repair operations. You will educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps and rights, and ensure accurate estimates from initial assessment through full disassembly.

You will manage each repair, uphold Crash Champions quality standards, and keep clients informed throughout the process. This position emphasizes excellent customer service, coordination with insurance partners, and careful review of data with technicians to

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and clear communication with customers and partners.
• Strong organization, multitasking and time management for a fast-paced shop environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after damage evaluation and full disassembly.
• Oversee each repair to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide an excellent experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork; address file exceptions.
