Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Goleta, CA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and insurers.

You will work with the team to meet KPIs, follow Insurance and WOW Operating Way standards, and participate in daily production walks while keeping clients informed throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Maintain KPIs and support team members as needed.
• Uphold company values: honesty, integrity, respect.
