Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies. You will document repairs, prepare damage appraisals, and help the team meet KPIs.

Participation in production walks with the Management Team, adherence to DRP and WOW guidelines, and supporting colleagues are expected. Prior collision-repair experience is beneficial; I-CAR training is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum of 1 year DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate requests to appropriate team members and participate in production walks.
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings and training sessions.
