Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences while creating estimates and coordinating repairs. You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers, ensuring insurance compliance, and supporting team members.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in production walks with Management and attend training sessions.
