Zusammenfassung

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating detailed estimates and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, inform customers and insurance companies, and ensure alignment with the shop's KPIs.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, guiding them through the repair process, and maintaining compliance with DRP and WOW standards. A valid license and I-CAR training are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and awareness of where to look for answers are expected.
• I-CAR training and DRP compliance knowledge are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and staff meetings when required.
• Support team members and adapt to schedule trainings.
