Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process. You will document all interactions, ensure DRP compliance, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

A High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings as required.
