Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to DRP requirements, and collaboration with the management team to meet facility KPIs.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; experience with collision repair processes and basic computer skills is preferred.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and online systems.
• Familiarity with DRP processes and insurance workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update customer communications through the repair process.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers and insurers.
• Coordinate repair needs and maintain KPI alignment with the team.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and WOW operating procedures.
