Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance providers.

You will document all interactions, communicate requirements, and ensure compliance with DRP and WOW processes while contributing to the shop's KPIs and teamwork. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills needed.
• Compliance for DRP’s (minimum 1 year experience).
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way procedures.
• Coordinate repair planning, communication, and delivery with team members.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings; support colleagues as needed.
• Uphold the store KPIs and company values of honesty, integrity and respect.
