Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator who will create damage estimates, coordinate repairs, and maintain clear communication with customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and align with the team to meet KPIs while delivering a superior customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of OE guidelines, and at least 1 year of experience with DRP processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate repair systems.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records in the system.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and maintain positive customer engagement.
