Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with teams and insurance providers.

You will document all interactions, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure adherence to DRP requirements while contributing to KPI targets and operating procedures. This role requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance; 1 year of experience; valid driver's license; willing to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update repair details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process to ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance programs and DRP requirements and company procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings; support teammates as needed.
• Maintain KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvement and safety initiatives.
