Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document interactions, update records, and help drive KPIs across the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training readiness, with a high school diploma and valid driver's license. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's; minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through repair process.
• Communicate with insurance clients to ensure requirements are met.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend required meetings.
