Gerber Collision & Glass in Flower Mound is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while preparing repair estimates and coordinating auto repairs with customers and insurance companies.

You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to achieve KPIs, delivering accurate information and timely updates throughout the repair process.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• I-CAR Training required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
