Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Kerrville, TX is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating precise estimates and coordinating repair needs, while keeping customers and insurance companies informed throughout the process.

The role focuses on documenting interactions, guiding customers through repairs, and ensuring DRP compliance. You will participate in daily production walks and ongoing training to support team success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in DRP environments.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive, courteous greetings to customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures applicable to the repair workflow.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support teammates as needed and attend relevant training sessions.
