Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Flower Mound, TX seeks an Estimator to deliver an excellent customer experience by creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers.

You will document all customer interactions, guide them through the repair process, ensure DRP and OE guidelines compliance, and participate in team meetings to meet KPIs. A High School Diploma and at least 1 year of experience are required, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Support team with repairs, communications and daily production walks as needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings to stay aligned with KPIs.
