Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document communications with customers and insurers, ensuring accurate repair planning and parts replacement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills required.
• DRP compliance with minimum 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and support production walks.
• Maintain KPI metrics and uphold core values of honesty, integrity, and respect.
