Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will document assessments, create estimates, and ensure alignment with team KPIs and DRP requirements.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a commitment to I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license and DRP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction and keep records up to date.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP and insurance requirements and WOW procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Support team members and attend safety/health meetings as required.
• Attend trainings and information sessions recommended by management.
